Executive Management degree from Loyola University of Andalusia and ESADE, advanced course in Creation and Management of SMEs from EOI, and expert in Management and Management of Social Economy Companies from the Andalusian School of Social Economy.

He has been co-director of the Q-Mayores Project for Actions to promote Quality of the General Directorate of Older Persons and a member of the Sectoral Table for Attention to Dependency of the Social Services and Dependency Agency of the Ministry for Equality and Social Welfare of the Junta de Andalucía. He has also been an advisor to public and private institutions such as the Social Council of the University of Jaén, the Economic and Social Council of the Province of Jaén, CEPES-Andalucía, CITOLIVA Foundation or FAECTA, holding various responsibilities.

For more than 29 years he has been a promoter and general director of MACROSAD, an Andalusian cooperative for education and care for people, with more than 6,100 workers, which offers Home Help Service (SAD), serving more than 15,000 users, and has 77 centers distributed among residences, day centers, a supervised apartment, a center for people with disabilities, home health care, nursery schools and Early Childhood Care Centers (CAIT). A reference in the socio-health field, 84.96% of its executive positions are occupied by women and 20% of its profits are allocated to R&D&I, being pioneers in the intergenerational field, one of its main hallmarks, and endorsed in its more than 15 years of experience working with this approach.

He currently combines studying for a degree in Marketing and International Commercialization from UNIR with being vice president of the Ageing Lab Foundation.

He is a promoter and president of the Andalusian employers’ association CECUA (Circle of Care for People) which brings together a total of 34 associated companies and is a member of the Board of Directors of CEAPs.

He has participated in the design and development of more than 10 business, sectoral and territorial strategic plans, has extensive experience endorsed by his participation in more than 150 forums, with more than 13 scientific and academic publications including guides, manuals, communications and posters. Among them is “The Home Help Service in Spain. Practical manual for management and evolution of the current approach”, the first manual in Spain focused on organizing the Home Help Service (SAD) from the perspective of the provider entity. It was born as part of one of Macrosad’s values ​​and its commitment to the environment, sustainability and science.
